Electric Callboy Tekkno (Tour Edition) Will Feature Five Live Tracks

Electric Callboy are bringing their live energetic energy straight to your home. The band are releasing “Tekkno (Tour Edition)” this spring, and with it comes 5 live versions of some of their most popular songs. This is exciting as Electric Callboy are famous for their electric live performances (pun 100% intended).

The band released the original edition of Tekkno last fall, and it was easily one of the most fun albums of the year. I think it is safe to say that the world could always use more Electric Callboy content.

Let’s jump on in and go over everything there is to know about Electric Callboy – Tekkno (Tour Edition).

Electric Callboy – Tekkno (Tour Edition)

Electric Callboy Spaceman (Live)

Electric Callboy Tekkno (Tour Edition) is a deluxe edition of sorts for the band’s latest album “Tekkno“.

The band is known for uploading fantastic live videos to their Youtube channel, and fans have been asking for live versions of their tracks ever since.

While half the fun of an Electric Callboy live performance is visually seeing the boys party on stage, this will still make for a great time for those who enjoy to listen to live audio.

Electric Callboy announced the live version of Tekkno with the release of We Got The Moves (Live). Let’s take some time to discuss the live version of this track.

Electric Callboy – We Got The Moves (Live)

We Got The Moves (Live) is everything you would hope a live track of the song would be like. The crowd claps along to the beat of the song and chants along side the song’s iconic chants.

Electric Callboy deliver a fantastic performance here, as both Nico and Kevin sound great in their respective vocal roles. They feed off each other’s energy and create a vocal duo that rivals some of the greats of the metal scene.

The band sounds great too, as We Got The Moves wouldn’t be half as good without the high-energy instrumentation throughout the song.

I have always wanted to see Electric Callboy live – and intended too until they had to drop off of the US Attack Attack tour due to vocal injury – but We Got The Moves (Live) makes me crave this even more.

Overall the track is a ton of fun, especially when watching the video for it. You can check out the video above.

Electric Callboy Tekkno (Tour Edition) Tracklist

  1. Pump It

  14. We Got The Moves (Live)
  15. Hypa Hypa (Live)

The most interesting thing aspect of the Tekkno (Tour Edition) is that it includes live editions of “Hate/Love” and “Hypa Hypa” from the band’s previous EP “MMXX“.

This is a neat edition to the album, as both of these songs are great and missing from the original Tekkno album.

However, the band have released many versions of Hypa Hypa before the Tekkno album was ever conceived, but a live version is a great addition to the Electric Callboy discography.

Electric Callboy Tekkno (Tour Edition) Release Date

Electric Callboy fans will have to wait till the March 24th, 2023 to hear all of the live tracks Tekkno (Tour Edition) has to offer.

Hopefully this is only the beginning for what ever surprises Electric Callboy may have in store for this year.
